INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) AWD SUV VEHICLE FOR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN CAIRO, ARAB REPUBLIC OF EGYPT

To all interested vendors,


The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Cairo is inviting you to participate in this open Invitation to Tender (ITT) procurement opportunity for the supply and delivery of one (1) AWD SUV vehicle for the Embassy of The Republic of Singapore in Cairo, Egypt.


2            The quotation opening period is from 16 July 2026 to 20 August 2026 and will close at 5pm (Egyptian time; GMT+3) on 20 August 2026 (Thursday). Interested vendors may email the Embassy at singemb_cai@mfa.sg to request for the ITT documents during the tender opening period, where the full details are included.


3            All submissions have to be sent to the Embassy in softcopy via email by 5pm (Egyptian time; GMT+3) on 20 August 2026 (Monday). No other modes of submission would be accepted.


4            The tender schedule and tender award notice would be posted on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
